Delivery Information

We aim to ship orders of items in stock within two days of receipt of your order, and will normally ship them First-Class, Signed-For within the UK, or standard International Recorded Delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World. However, you should allow up to two weeks from placing your order to receiving your goods, to allow for exceptionally busy periods, and circumstances beyond our control.

No-Quibble Returns Policy

Under UK distant selling regulations, which covers buying by phone or over the internet, consumers in the UK have an automatic right to return any goods and receive a refund up to seven days after receiving the goods.

We go much further than that. We want you to be totally happy with any products you buy from us and with any interaction you have with us, so that is why we offer all our consumers a no-quibble refund or exchange policy for a full month after you receive the goods from us.

If any product you order from us does not live up to your expectations, is damaged, or you simply change your mind at any time within one month of receiving those products from us, then simply return them for a refund or exchange; you choose which.

We will not normally refund postage, unless specifically mentioned as part of a special promotion.
